My Background

Hey there, my Name is Anthony:

Many think of California and imagine the coasts or big cities of Los Angeles or San Francisco. The reality is that there is so much more to California. I grew up on a 10 acre horse ranch in the foothills of Northern California. Quite far away from the palm coasts and big cities California is often known for.

The more rural country setting I lived in during my earlier years gave me an appreciation for the open spaces of undeveloped land. From peaks of the Sierras to the valley below, with all the forests, lakes, and rivers that surrounded me; an affinity for nature and the dirt beneath my feet developed.

Fast forward many years and I was able to see and experience the difficulties in selling raw land and how often it doesn't get the attention it deserves.

Give people who want to sell their land a different experience. A simple and quick solution to selling raw land with the careful attention and effort not often offered to those who wish to sell it.

My Goal:

How does selling my land work?

Step #1: We draft a Purchase Agreement

This is simply an agreement laying out the terms of the transaction. It is essentially just a set of instructions for a title company/attorney to follow for how it will happen.

Step #2: Submit the agreement to a title company or closing attorney

After doing a title search to confirm ownership and other recorded information, the title company/attorney will draft a new deed. They will get the new deed or any applicable paperwork signed by all parties involved by a public notary.

Step #4: Sale of the property is completed

Once the title company or attorney has everything in place, new ownership is recorded and funds are sent out pretty much simultaneously. After that its done! The sale has been completed!

Step #3: Title company/attorney facilitates the movement of funds

This is done to protect all parties involved. Title companies and attorneys act as a third party who is safely exchanging funds and recording the new deed of ownership. Funds are either distributed via bank wire or cashiers check depending on what you choose. .
